01Who we are

A small studio with a long memory.

Mindstorm Media has been building digital systems for Triad businesses for nearly two decades — long enough to remember every promise the industry broke, and to build the opposite way.

We started as a web shop. We stayed because the web stopped being a brochure and became the whole storefront. Today the studio covers four disciplines — development, search, paid media and video — because that is what it actually takes for a regional business to compete with a national one.

Our clients are contractors, retailers, practices and professional firms across Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point and the surrounding counties. Most are the best at what they do and quietly invisible online. That gap is the whole job.

We are deliberately small. That means you talk to the person doing the work, you see progress weekly, and the answer to “who is handling this?” is always a name you know.

02How we work

Four principles we do not bend.

01

Senior hands only

The strategist who audits your account writes the plan. The designer who pitches the concept builds the page. No junior hand-off after the contract is signed.

02

Numbers before narrative

Every engagement starts with the number you want to move and how we will measure it. If we cannot measure it, we tell you before you spend a dollar.

03

Small client roster

We take on a limited number of engagements so seasonal pushes and launch weeks get the attention they need. Depth beats a bloated client list.

04

Own your assets

Your site, your accounts, your footage, your data. Everything we build belongs to you from day one — including the documentation.

Want to see how the principles turn into a process? That is the next page.

How we do it

Storm is coming

Start with a conversation.

Thirty minutes, no deck, no retainer pitch. Tell us what you sell and what is not working — we will tell you what we would do about it.
